Sponsor All 2025 Events!
Get your brand in front of the community through 7 planned events in 2025, with a combined projected attendance of over 30K and exposure to 3K+ social media followers. Your sponsorship helps fund free kids’ zones, fun contests like costume
and ugly sweater competitions, and more.
If you like to be a sponsor and a vendor for all 2025 events we can make a bundle for you!

Silver Level - $250

You will get your name or logo on the following:

  • Website All Year

  • Social Media Per Event

 

​This will save you $200 by signing up early.

We have 7 events planned so far for 2025. All events together we had over 25K in attendance.

Gold Level - $500

You will get your name or logo on the following:

  • Website All Year

  • Social Media per event

  • Main Event Banner Per Event

This will save you $300 by signing up early.

We have 7 events planned so far for 2025. All events together we had over 25K in attendance.

Platinum Level - $700

You will get your name or logo on the following:

  • Website All Year

  • Social Media Per Event

  • Main Event Banner Per Event

  • 2x3 Banner At Each Event

  • Event Billboard for Spring and Autumn Only.

Vendor Level - This is to be a sponsor and a vendor. 

You will get your name or logo on the following and one vendor spot at all our events:

  • Website All Year

  • Social Media Per Event

  • Main Event Banner Per Event

  • One 10x10 spot at all our events planned for 2025.

Upload good quality logo for the sponsorship.

 The business is required to provide advertisement graphic in the correct dimensions for the inventory that is to be purchased. If a business needs graphic design assistance there will be an additional $50 fee added to the invoice.  We will reach out if file is not correct before we apply $50 fee.

A invoice will be sent to the email on file. You will be able to pay online though the email. If you want to pay by check our mailing address will be on the invoice. 

Payments are due before your logo will be added to any advertisement. All payments will be due within 30 days. 

By signing you agree to In The Park Events LLC and Autumn In The Park Foundation to use your logo as stated in the sponsorship package you selected.
