Sponsorship Levels

Silver Level - $250

You will get your name or logo on the following:

  • Social Media Per Event(excludes Timberkings Fan Fest)

We have 6 events planned so far for 2025. All events together we had over 25K in attendance.

Gold Level - $500

You will get your name or logo on the following:

  • Website All Year

  • Social Media per event (excludes Timberkings Fan Fest)

  • Main Event Banner Per Event (excludes Timberkings Fan Fest)

This will save you $300 by signing up early.

We have 6 events planned so far for 2025. All events together we had over 25K in attendance.

Platinum Level - $700

You will get your name or logo on the following:

  • Website All Year

  • Social Media Per Event (excludes Timberkings Fan Fest)

  • Main Event Banner Per Event (excludes Timberkings Fan Fest)

  • 2x3 Banner At Each Event (excludes Timberkings Fan Fest)

  • Event Billboard for Spring and Autumn Only.

This will save you $500 by signing up early.

Vendor Level - This is to be a sponsor and a vendor. 

You will get your name or logo on the following and one vendor spot at all our events:

  • Main Event Banner Per Event (excludes Timberkings Fan Fest)

  • One 10x10 spot at all our events planned for 2025. (excludes Timberkings Fan Fest). This would also make you the exclusive vendor in the item/category you sell.

KIDS ZONE SPONSORS

$600

As the only Kids Zone sponsor for

Summer in the Park, and Autumn in the Park, you’ll receive:

Upload good quality logo for the sponsorship.

 The business is required to provide advertisement graphic in the correct dimensions for the inventory that is to be purchased. If a business needs graphic design assistance there will be an additional $50 fee added to the invoice.  We will reach out if file is not correct before we apply $50 fee.

A invoice will be sent to the email on file. You will be able to pay online which has a 3% processing. If you want to pay by check our mailing address will be on the invoice. 

Payments are due before your logo will be added to any advertisement. All payments will be due within 30 days. 

By signing you agree to In The Park Events LLC and Autumn In The Park Foundation to use your logo as stated in the sponsorship package you selected.
