The Gamewell Optimist Benefit Popup Event is an event to help gather school supplies for Gamewell Elementary and Middle Schools that will directly impact the kids whom they teach. We wanted to make an event where parents could shop, eat and mingle all while bringing supplies for teachers. This event will also help raise funds for Gamewell Optimist Youth Football Program. We will have 20+ vendors from handmade items to brands you know and love, and Food Trucks.
- We ask each attendee to bring one school supply if they are able i.e. Pencils, Paper, Crayons, Colored Pencils, Notebooks, Cleaning Supplies, Kleenex, etc -
These items will be distributed to Gamewell Elementary and Middle School so that teachers will be able to use them in their classroom
We look forward to seeing you on August 5th from 10-2pm at Gamewell Elementary in Lenoir, NC.

If you are interested in being a vendor at this year's Gamewell Benefit Event please click on the correct link on the side. Once you signup you will get an email to confirm your submission and then you get a 2nd email within a few hours or less to let you know if you were approved, rejected, or put on a waitlist for the event. If you are approved the booth fee will be charged to the card you provided immediately.
